I second the review about not judging a book by its cover on this restaurant. Staff was super friendly and the food is GOOD! Some of the best fried chicken I've had in a resturant. Seasoning was on point, not too much, not too little. Veggies were great, Irish potatoes were something special. If I was local I would eat here a lot. If I pass back through I will eat there again
Excellent, country style home cooking with friendly staff and great service. I tried the country fried steak and fried catfish, both were fantastic.
Kind of a hole-in-the-wall but the food was great. Hubby loved the bbq! And the owner, Cookie, was a friendly man who sat and chatted awhile with us.
